Get Greauxing (pronounced: Grow-ing) is a space to support your physical, spiritual, and mental growth.

From Shelby:

Yoga changed my life when I took my first class in 2010. I have always been into health and wellness but the mindfulness and breathing aspects changed the way I viewed my body and fitness. I went on to get my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, Master's of Science in Exercise Physiology, ACSM Exercise Physiologist certification, Yoga for Cancer certification, and Cancer Exercise certification level 2.

I have worked in the medical field, exercising with cardiac patients and people with various diseases for the past 10 years. I take a holistic approach to health, making exercise part of a daily routine, incorporating mindfulness, and in turn helping you feel better in your body and mind.

I love how yoga, weight training, meditating, and cardio allow me to be a strong skier, hiker, mom, etc. We will figure out your "why" together - why and what you want to get out of exercise so that you stay motivated.

  • In person or via zoom, you can work with me one-on-one with yoga, exercise, or meditation. We will assess what your health goals are, and I will help you get there!

I have over 3.5 years of experience working with perinatal clients. Before that, I worked in clinical exercise, helping people improve their health and well-being. My passion for women’s health grew from my own personal journey with hormones and fertility, which has driven me to support other women through their unique experiences. I’m here to guide and empower you as you navigate one of life’s biggest transitions—entering motherhood. Together, we’ll prioritize your health, strength, and well-being.
