BEGINNER’S STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

These workout videos are for any one, any body, at any age. We will learn how to strength train, using our own body weight, bands and weights. These videos aren’t just for the beginner either. If you are just looking for a new workout routine, this is for you!

We will do 2 full body strength training videos a week. On the other days I want you to focus on getting your steps in and some light cardio activity.
