2 week workout challenge
What: 2 week workout challenge that includeds 30 min workout vidoes using dumbbells + optional yoga and meditation videos.
When: We will start June 17th but videos will be available anytime.
Where: From the comfort of your own home with your computer or phone.
Why: Lifting weights is SO important for your body. We will strengthen your muscles, bones, and joints. We will decrease fat, stress, pain, and risk of disease and injury. We will improve you energy, mood, self love, and balance hormones (for women and men).
Who: This is for all levels. Whether you are a novice or advanced weight lifter! You do need a Get Greauxing membership.
