7-day morning chakra yoga challenge
I am so excited about this week long challenge!!!! I created it bc I donโt think it takes 60 days to build a habit. I think you can create a habit in 7 days if you realize how good you feel from it. I want you to show up for yourself for 7 days - not for weight loss, not for someone else, not for social media, but to just be with yourself. Show up FOR yourself!
These videos can be done at any time of day but I challenge you to do them right when you wake up. Roll out of bed, grab some water, and turn on @getgreauxing. I will guide you ๐๐ผ The videos are ~20 min and follow the chakra system in your body. We will balance your chakras aka the energy points in your body to help you feel balanced physically and emotionally. I hope these videos leave you feeling really good and ready to tackle your day!
