Postpartum Recovery Exercise Program

What is it?
"Pelvic Floor and Core Rehab" is a 3 week workout series that will help you connect to and rebuild your pelvic floor and core strength and endurance after birth. It is designed to help restore stability, improve function, and support long-term pelvic health.
Videos are taught by Mallory Risner, a certified holistic women’s health coach and a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist. There are 12 videos that are <30 min and designed to do in 3 weeks, but we encourage you to take these workouts at your own pace. You can repeat workouts or have more rest days if you need. These workouts will be available anytime once you are a Get Greauxing member.
Who is it for?
This series is designed for early postpartum moms looking to rebuild their core and pelvic floor strength. These videos can be started between 4-6 weeks postpartum, but please check with your provider first. No matter what your birth looked like (vaginal or c-section) these videos are meant for you!
This series is also perfect for anyone, at any stage of life, who hasn't taken the time to truly connect with their pelvic floor.
Equipment need:
Mini looped band
Pilates ball (opt but recommended)
Weights (opt but recommended)
