Recipe: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Energy Bites

These are a favorite for everyone in the house! So easy to grab on the go, yummy, and nutrient dense. This is also a great way to get in your seeds for my cycle syncing girlies. 

The oatmeal that I use: Zego Foods

The chocolate chips that I use: Enjoy Life Foods


INGREDIENTS 

2 cups oatmeal

¾ cup natural peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

¼ cup seeds (hemp, chia, flax, etc.)

¼ cup shredded coconut (can use more seeds instead of this)

1 tsp vanilla

2 pinches salt 

Optional: ½ cup of mini chocolate chips, scoop of collagen for more protein 

***May need to add more peanut butter if they aren’t sticking together.

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla till combined

  2. Add in oatmeal, seeds, coconut, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix until combined.

  3. Roll in to balls using a heaping Tablespoon.

  4. Keep in refridgerator. Enjoy ☺
