Recipe: Quick Trader Joe’s Salmon Glaze Bowl

By: Gracie Reardon

If you know me, you know I LOVE Trader Joe’s. I love going in to see their new advertised prodoucts, try new snacks and experiment with recipes. As a marketing student I can say Trader Joe’s does it right. They give the best easy, and affordable options. My always trusty fav recipe is a soy glazed salmon, rice and veggies…. Simple but SO GOOD.

INGREDIENTS

2 salmon filets

1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Soyaki,

1-2 Tbs Dijon Aioli,

1 Tbs Lemon juice

Garlic powder, paprika, salt & pep (OR Trader Joe’s salmon rub)

Sides: Rice and Broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make special sauce - mix together Soyaki, Dijon Aioli, and lemon juice.

  2. Marinate salmon in the special sauce for however long you have… days, hours, even 30 min.

  3. I like this with a side of rice. Another good option is the heart of palm rice from Trader Joe’s. Start cooking rice.

  4. I like this also with a side of broccoli. Lay broccoli on a pan and drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pep, garlic. Put in the oven for 20 min on 375°. I like to get frozen broccoli so that I always have it on hand.

  5. When ready to cook salmon, I season the top of the salmon with salt, pep, garlic powder, and paprika OR TJ’s salmon rub.

  6. Pop in the air fryer on high for about 8 min so that is is moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.

So easy, nutritious, and delicious!! Let us know if you try it 🤗
