High Protein, Healthy Fruit Salad

This health, yummy fruit salad is so easy, satisfying, and refreshing - perfect for a summer snack or to bring to a picnic. The protein and fat from the greek yogurt and seeds help prevent any blood sugar spike and will help keep you full. You can do any combination of fruit that you have on hand, but this is what I did.


Ingredients

1 cup blueberries

1 cup chopped strawberries

1 cup chopped grapes

1 mango chopped

1 apple chopped

1 banana sliced

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup greek yogurt

Honey to taste

Instructions

Gently mix all ingredients in to a big bowl until combined. Drizzle honey on top to taste. Enjoy :)
