Immunity Boosting Wellness Shot

I love this little concoction because it is full of immune boosting ingredients that are antiviral and antibacterial. Warning: it tastes disgusting, but it works! The moment I feel like I am starting to get sick, I make this shot. I would NOT do it on an empty stomach, FYI. Also, this is safe to take as much as you would like. Lastly, these measurements don’t have to be exact. I always just do an estimate.

Mix all ingredients in to a glass and take as a shot

May need to mix for 1 min with a spoon so that honey is mixed in thoroughly

1 clove garlic chopped

1 tsp ginger grated

1 TBL apple cider vinegar with the mother

Half of a lemon squeezed or 1 TBL lemon juice

1 squeeze raw honey

1 dash cayenne pepper

3 dashes turmeric or if you have fresh tumeric, grate and put in a tsp

1 dash black pepper

As much water as you need to get the shot down :)

Ginger - Decreases inflammation, soothes an upset stomach, full of vitamins and minerals, boosts immunity

Garlic - Antifungal, antibacterial, may help body resist or destroy certain viruses, and boosts immunity

Lemon juice - Vitamin C, boosts immunity

Turmeric - Decreases inflamation and is a powerful immune booster

Black pepper - Helps to activate turmeric

Honey - Antibacterial, Antiviral, boosts immunity

Cayenne - Vitamin C, boosts immunity,
